so im browsing around the Zippy website. I found out you could search strips by location and I was seeing if I recognized any MA landmarks. And I come across THIS:

Now, I have seen this one before, it was one of my favorites. So creepy and yet perfect, and it happens to feature one of the most wonderfully campy TV creatures of all time, the guy in the gorilla suit and divers bell that passed for an "alien" on the old Outer Limits show. It appeared in the opening credits of early years of Malcom in the Middle as well, a show who's theme song was composed by They Might Be Giants, a band who's infatuation with the New York World's Fair is legendary and well documented. Now, Bill Griffith was born & raised in Levittstown, New York, which contributed to his, let us say, skewed world view, and... well, never mind, it goes on. Wheels with in wheels, my friends, wheels within wheels.

Anyway, what I didnt know was that this illustration was commissioned by The Whole Earth Review for an article titled "What Is Reality?" So perfect. also didn't realize the original was FOR SALE. If only I had.. well, a lot of disposable income.

Anyway, Smack, I found & collected the "How to read zippy" strips I mentioned last month on my Picasa album. You can find them, and a few other of my favorites, by clicking the strip:
